Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our customers' needs as best as possible. However, cancellations can affect our scheduling and availability of equipment. Therefore, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Period

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental date will be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation Fees

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled rental date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the total rental cost or a minimum fee of $20.

In the event of cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled rental date or for a no-show, the full rental amount may be charged.

In the case of cancellations made after the equipment has been loaded onto a truck for delivery, the full delivery amount will be charged as well as 5% of the total rental cost or a minimum fee of $20

3. Refunds​

Refunds for cancellations will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Refunds may take 5 business days to process and reflect in your account.

4. Modification

If you need to modify your rental reservation, such as changing the rental duration or equipment type, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. The rental deposit can be transferred and not refunded. If a refund is required there will be a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the total rental cost or a minimum fee of $20.

5. Extreme Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, that prevent the rental from taking place, we will work with you to either reschedule the rental or provide a full refund.

6. How to Cancel

To cancel your rental reservation, please contact our customer service team via phone or email during our business hours. Be sure to provide your booking details for prompt assistance.
